Our block boards are made from carefully selected timber, seasoned wood, and high-quality veneer.
The frames and battens are used only after proper treatment and seasoning and are sized according to IS: 1659 standards. After assembly, the block boards are treated in the hot press with resin mix which makes them termite and borer resistant and is further treated with preservative chemicals to ensure better strength.
Once finished, the block boards are tested thoroughly for quality and demonstrate high screw holding capacity.
